摘要 目的探讨99Tcm-DTPA在大鼠单侧输尿管部分梗阻模型中的应用价值。方法采用输尿管腰大肌包埋法对64只Wistar雄性大鼠建立单侧输尿管部分梗阻模型,利用99Tcm-DTPA行同位素肾动态扫描,分别于术前及术后1、2、4、8周随机抽取16只大鼠测量双肾肾小球滤过率(GFR),处死8只动物,切取左肾行病理检查,余下8只解除梗阻,4周后再次检查,观察左肾功能损害程度及肾间质纤维化程度。结果随着梗阻时间延长,左肾GFR呈进行性下降,梗阻4周后解除梗阻,肾功能不能恢复,肾脏病理亦不能改善。结论 99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像能够灵敏判断小型实验动物梗阻肾功能,能对梗阻后分肾功能进行量化。 Objective To discuss the significance of 99Tcm-DTPA for obstructive nephropathy in rats with partial unilateral ureter obstruction(PUUO).Methods 64 male Wistar rats were operated as PUUO using ureter-psoas major embedding.The renal function of glomerular filtration rate(GFR) of 16 rats randomly chosen was measured by means of 99Tcm-DTPA isotope nephro-dynamic scan in different phases respectively(preoperative or 1,2,4,and 8 weeks after operation).Then 8 of the 16 animals were killed and their left kidneys were removed for pathological examination.The other 8 rats' obstructions were relieved and their left kidneys were inspected 4 weeks later to observe the renal function and interstitial fibrosis.Results With prolonged obstruction,the left kidney glomerular filtration rate(GFR) decreased progressively.The renal function could not be restored and renal pathology could not be improved.Conclusions 99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging can sensitively estimate the renal function of small laboratory animals and quantify the sub-renal function.
