经尿道电凝与膀胱灌注治疗放射性膀胱炎的临床对照研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察经尿道电凝术治疗放射性膀胱炎的疗效。方法对80例放射性膀胱炎患者平均分成两组:Ⅰ组采用经尿道电凝术治疗,Ⅱ组采用膀胱内灌注4%甲醛溶液治疗,术后进行随访观察疗效。结果患者随访3~44个月,平均(25±3)个月,Ⅰ组术后再出血率为2.50%,Ⅱ组术后再出血率为17.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.00,P〈0.05);术后有严重尿频、尿急不良反应者Ⅰ组仅1例(2.5%),Ⅱ组有6例(15.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.91,P〈0.05)。结论经尿道电凝术治疗宫颈癌放疗后放射性膀胱炎疗效确切,不良反应少,是控制放射性膀胱炎膀胱内出血的一种有效方法。 Objective To study the efficacy of transurethral electrocoagulation in treating radiation cystisis.Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups.Patients in Group I were treated with transurethral electrocoagulation.For patients in Group Ⅱ,4% formaldehyde was instilled into the bladder and remained for 20 minutes.Results During the follow-up of 3~44 months,rehaemorrhage rate was 2.50% and 17.50% in Group Ⅰand Group Ⅱ respectively,which had statistical significance(χ2=5.00,P0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 2.50% and 15.00% in Group Ⅰand Group Ⅱ respectively,which had statistical significance(χ2=3.91,P0.05).Conclusions Transurethral electrocoagulation is effective and safe in treating cystisis.
