摘要
目的探讨整合素β1在小鼠切牙和磨牙牙胚发育中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,观察整合素β1在小鼠切牙发育的分泌前期、分泌期、转换期、成熟期以及磨牙胚发育的蕾状期、帽状期、钟状形态发生期、分化期、分泌期、成熟期的表达。结果整合素β1在小鼠切牙发育的分泌前期、分泌期、转换期、成熟期成釉细胞表达阳性。中间层、星网层表达阳性。成熟期乳突层表达强阳性。前期牙本质、成牙本质细胞表达强阳性,牙髓细胞表达阳性。整合素β1在小鼠磨牙发育外釉上皮、中间层细胞发育各期表达均为弱阳性。牙囊、星网层细胞、牙乳头、成牙本质细胞,随着牙胚的发育表达逐渐增强,成釉细胞在钟状分泌期、成熟期呈强阳性表达。结论整合素β1在成釉细胞极化过程中发挥重要作用,并且诱导成牙本质细胞的分化及牙本质基质形成以及参与牙周组织的发育。
Objective To study the function of integrin β1 in different development stages of mouse incisor tooth and molar tooth germ.Methods Immunohistochemical method was adopted to detect the expression of integrin β1 at developing different stages of incisor tooth and molar tooth in mice.Results A positive expression of integrin β1 was found in ameloblast,stratum intermedium and stellate reticulum at proliferation,differentiation,secretion,transition and maturation stages of mouse incisor.A strong expression was seen in papillary layer,preodontoblast and odontoblast pulp cell at maturation of mouse incisor.A weak expression of integrin β1 was seen in outer enamel epithelium and stratum intermedium at all development stages of mouse molar germ.With tooth germ developing,integrin β1 significantly increased in dental follicle,stellate reticulum,dental papilla and odontoblast.A strong expression of integrin β1 was seen in ameloblasts at secretion stage and maturation stage.Conclusion Integrin β1 may play an important role in the process of ameloblast polarity.It may induce the differentiation of odontoblasts and formation of tooth root and may be involved in the development of periodontal tissues
