摘要
目的 主要研究阿片肽是否能抑制伏核神经元的传入电活动 ,以及这种抑制作用是通过何种阿片受体介导的。方法 在大鼠伏核脑片上 ,采用刺激嗅结节区诱发伏核神经元传入电活动的方法 ,分别观察μ、κ、δ 3种阿片受体激动剂对其影响。结果 3种阿片受体激动剂 (0 .5μmol/ L )均能明显抑制伏核神经元的传入电活动 ,其中以μ受体激动剂的作用最明显 ,κ、δ受体激动剂的作用无明显差异。结论 阿片肽主要通过
Objective To explore the cellular mechanisms of opiate inhibition. Methods Evoked potential elicited by stimulating the area of the olfactory tubercle. Effects of three kinds of opioid receptor agonists on the evoked potential of NAcc neurons were observed. Results Amplitude of evoked potential in NAcc could be reduced by superfusion of DAGO U 50, 488H and D PEN. The decreased amplitude induced by superfusion of DAGO is the greatest. Conclusion Opioid peptides predominantly reduce evoked potential in NAcc. The inhibitory effect of DAGO is the strangest.
