马鞭草醇提液对绒毛膜癌JAR细胞增殖的影响

Effects of Alcohol Extract of Verbena Officinalis on Proliferation of Choriocarcinoma JAR Cells

目的 探讨马鞭草醇提液 (ae Vo)对绒毛膜癌 JAR细胞株的影响。方法 JAR细胞株与人肝癌 SMMC- 772 1细胞株及人胚肺 2倍体成纤维细胞株 (2 BS)体外培养比较 ,应用溴化甲噻唑基四唑 (MTT)法、荧光法测得细胞相对生长曲线及增殖抑制率。结果 ae Vo对 JAR细胞有明显抑制作用 ,于加药后 4 8h,增殖抑制率为 (71.9± 4 .0 ) %及 (69.6± 2 .0 ) % ,MTT法及荧光法所测结果无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 ae Vo对 SMMC- 772 1细胞及 2 BS细胞无明显影响。结论 ae Vo具有抗绒癌作用 ,且作用具有特异性 。

Objective To study the effect of aeVo on choriocarcinoma JAR cells. Methods JAR cells, SMMC 7721 cells and 2BS cells were cultured in vitro and proliferation of these cells were detected using MTT method and fluorescent method. Results We observed that the proliferation of JAR cells were inhibited. 48 h after the addition of 25 g/L aeVo. The proliferation inhibition ratio determined by these two method, were (71.9±4.0)% and (69 6±2.0)% respectively. There was no significant difference between MTT method and fluorescent method ( P>0 05 ). AeVo exerted no obvious effects on SMMC 7721 cells and 2BS cells. Conclusion AeVo could inhibit JAR cell growth.
