摘要
目的打破传统以教师为主的教学方法,寻找更加适合本专业的教学方法,以调动学生主动学习的积极性,提高学生思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力.方法选取2007级临床医学肿瘤方向班40名学生在场景教学中引入以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based Learning,PBL),并以标准化病人(standardizedpatient,SP)和教师共同构建教学场景,由问题引出教学内容,进行启发式教育.结果学生评价表收回40份,选项中评为好的比例均超过90%.教师评价优.结论使用临床场景教学并在其中贯彻PBL思想的教学方法是可行的,值得进一步实践推广.
Objective To break the traditional teacher-oriented teaching methods,to find more suitable teaching methods for the professional,in order to mobilize the active learning enthusiasm of students,to enhance the ability of thinking,analyzing and solving problems.Methods Forty students in 2007 Clinical Oncology class were selected,and given the scene teaching of problem-based learning(PBL),and the standardized patient(SP)and teachers were enrolled to build teaching scene which can introduce the teaching content by problems and realize the heuristic education.Results Forty student evaluation forms were recovered,and only in the item"teaching schedule is reasonable",4 students'evaluation is general and 1 student's evaluation is bad.90% students' evaluation on other items is good.Students'evaluation on teachers is excellent.Conclusion The use of clinical scene teaching in which teaching and thinking of implementing the PBL teaching method is feasible and worthy of further practice and promotion.
