摘要
血浆置换可在多种自身免疫性或免疫介导的神经系统疾病治疗中应用。本文结合美国神经病学会更新的血浆置换在神经系统疾病中的应用指南,对其临床使用进行介绍。
Plasmapheresis, also known as therapeutic plasma exchange （PE）, has been used in the treatment of neurologic diseases in which autoimmunity plays a major role. This review summarizes evidence for the usefulness of plasma exchange in the treatment of neurologic disorders and bases on the update of guideline of American Academy of Neurology （AAN） in 2011.
