摘要
传统的显示不锈钢组织时用王水来腐蚀,但是王水腐蚀方法使组织细节信息丢失比较多。配制了用于Cr13型不锈钢的显微组织显示的几种化学腐蚀剂,介绍了它们的使用方法和使用条件,对比它们的腐蚀效果。结果说明:含有铜盐的腐蚀剂具有组织显示清晰、显示重现性好、操作方法简单、试剂保存时间长和配方简单等优点,为不锈钢光学显微镜分析提供了方便条件。
Several chemical corrosives which show the microstructure of Cr13 stainless steel were prepared,and their methods and conditions of use,as well we their comparison with their corrosive effects were introduced.The results indicate that corrosive which contains copper salt can make organizations display clearly and have good reproducibility.In addition,it also has others advantages,for example,operation method and formula is simple and it can be preserved for a long time.Convenient conditions for stainless steel optical microscope analysis were analyzed.
