根管固位嵌体冠修复临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠

Clinical application of root canal retention of inlay crowns to restore residual crowns of short clinical coronal molars

目的探讨临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠的临床修复方法和效果。方法对63例患者的64颗经完善根管治疗的临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠行根管固位嵌体冠修复,随访观察0.5~3年,评价修复效果。结果 62颗患牙经修复后固位良好,修复体无松动脱落,边缘密合,无继发龋,无牙周及根尖周病变,咀嚼功能良好,成功率96.88%,效果满意。结论根管固位嵌体冠修复临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠可达到良好的临床效果,是恢复临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠咀嚼功能的最佳选择之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical methods and effects of restoring the residual crowns with short clinical coronal molars.Methods For the 63 patients,after perfect root canal treatment,64 residual crowns with short clinical coronal molars were restored by casting inlay crowns with root canal retention and the patients were followed up for 0.5 to 3 years.Then the effects of restoration were evaluated.Results All of the 62 restorations functioned well,with good retention and marginal sealing and fine mastication of the inlay-crowns.Secondary caries,periodontosis and periapical disease had not been found.The success rate of the restoration was 96.88% in tota1 and the effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Employing the root canal retention of inlay crowns to restore residual crowns with short clinical coronal molars can achieve good effects and is one of the best choices to restore the mastication of residual crowns of short clinical coronal molars.
