美宝创疡贴治疗骨折患者皮肤软组织挫擦伤

MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the Treatment of Skin Soft Tissue Contusion in Fracture Patients

目的观察美宝创疡贴在骨折患者皮肤软组织挫擦伤创面的治疗效果。方法在2009年12月至2010年期间，对颈椎骨折，胸、腰椎骨折伴截瘫，骨盆骨折，多发性骨折，股骨颈骨折5种骨折患者所伴发的皮肤软组织挫擦伤创面（共78例），使用美宝创疡贴换药治疗，根据不同创面情况采用不同换药方式，观察创面的治疗效果。结果78例患者创面疼痛减轻、渗出逐渐减少，感染控制，创面Ⅰ期愈合。结论美宝创疡贴局部外用，有利于控制创面感染，促进创面愈合。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing on the wounds of skin soft tissue contusion in patients with fracture. Methods From December 2009 to 2010, the skin soft tissue contusions of 78 patients （ with cervical spine fractures, thoracolumbar fractures with paraplegia, pelvic fractures, multiple fractures or femoral neck fractures） were treated by MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing. We selected different methods to change the dressing according to different wounds. The healing of wounds was observed. Results Wound pains of the 78 patients were relieved, and the leakage was reduced. At the same time, infections were also controlled and the wounds healed at stage Ⅰ. Conclusion External apphcation of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is favorable in controlling wound infection and pro-moting wound healing.
