盐酸小檗碱与葛根素配伍肠吸收变化的研究

Study of intestinal absorption changes of compatible berberine hydrochloride with puerarin

目的:研究盐酸小檗碱、葛根素配伍肠吸收变化情况。方法:采用在体大鼠肠回流实验,通过回流液在肠道中循环前后药量的变化,比较不同剂量盐酸小檗碱(3、6、12 mg/kg)、葛根素(4.4、8.8、17.6 mg/kg)配伍肠吸收变化情况。结果:不同剂量葛根素(4.4、8.8、17.6 mg/kg)对盐酸小檗碱(8.8 mg/kg)在肠道部位的Pa和Ka无显著影响(P>0.05);盐酸小檗碱在低剂量(3 mg/kg)时对葛根素(10 mg/kg)的吸收无显著影响,随着盐酸小檗碱剂量的提高,可逐步提高葛根素的吸收程度和速度。结论:葛根素对盐酸小檗碱肠吸收影响不明显,而盐酸小檗碱对葛根素肠吸收有促进作用。

Objective：To investigate the intestinal absorption changes of compatible berberine hydrochloride with puerarin.Methods：The vivo intestinal perfusion experiment was performed on rats,through the change of dosage in reflow liquid before and after circulated in intestineto observe the absorption of berberine hydrochloride and puerarin in different doses.Results：Different doses of puerarin（4.4,8.8,17.6 mg/kg）had no significant effect on the Pa and Ka of berberine hydrochloride（8.8 mg/kg） in the intestinal absorption（P0.05）;Berberine hydrochloride（3 mg/kg） had no significant effect on the absorption of puerarin（10 mg/kg）,as the doses of berberine hydrochloride increased,berberine hydrochloride can gradually increases the absorption extent and speed of puerarin.Conclusion：The effect of puerarin on berberine hydrochloride in intestinal absorption is not obvious,while berberine hydrochloride can accelerate the intestinal absorption of puerarin.
