伽玛刀结合立体定向抽吸手术治疗脑干囊性占位一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，40岁。右侧肢体活动不灵和右侧肢体感觉障碍2周，头部MRI平扫及增强扫描显示：脑干（脑桥）囊性古位性病变，呈类圆形，短TI、长T2信号，增强后可见影，病灶邻近脑实质内未见明显水肿，囊腔大小为23mm×23mm×27mm，结节大小为9mm×7mm×11mm （图1）。
