腺病毒及腺相关病毒在神经细胞损伤及修复中的作用

摘要 近年来,山于伸经科学的不断发展,中枢神经系统疾病发生机制的不断闸述,转基因疗法的深入研究,使转基因疗法在治疗中枢神经系统疾病的应用前景备受关注,腺病毒载体和腺相关病毒载体是目前在基因治疗中研究和应用最为广泛的两种载体系统,
