摘要 一、经自然腔道内镜手术（natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery，NOTES）的起源NOTES是一种通过人体自然开口（口腔、肛门、阴道、尿道）将内镜送入人体天然管道，并穿越管壁到达胸、腹、盆腔内对器官进行诊断和治疗的内镜外科学，其理念来自于外科领域对于微创向“无创”手术方向发展追求的结果”。
