基于DcR3的树突细胞疫苗对CD8^+ T细胞的免疫抑制效应

摘要 目的研究诱骗受体3(decoy receptor3,DcR3)修饰的树突细胞(DC)疫苗对CD8+T细胞的免疫抑制效应。方法将含有DcR3全长cDNA的重组腺病毒转染小鼠DC,制备DcR3基因修饰的DC疫苗,并与同种异体的CD8+T细胞共培养,分析CD8+T细胞的增殖和细胞因子分泌情况。结果重组DcR3腺病毒能成功转染DC,并能抑制同种异体的CD8+T细胞的增殖和细胞因子的分泌。结论重组DcR3腺病毒转染的DC对CD8+T细胞具有免疫抑制效应,为自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供了理论基础。
