N100、Z350、F2000窝洞修复的动物实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较N100、F2000、Z350 3种牙色材料修复大鼠磨牙V类洞边缘微渗漏及充填后牙髓反应情况。方法:36只SD大鼠,随机分为N100、Z350、F2000组及对照组,麻醉下在上颌第一磨牙近中邻面制备V类洞,分别用N100、Z350和F2000充填,对照组不充填;分别于术后8 d和30 d取上颌第一磨牙;扫描电镜观察材料与牙体组织间微间隙,HE、革兰染色光镜观察充填后牙髓反应和细菌染色。结果:N100微间隙为(1.09±0.83)μm,Z350为(5.02±0.33)μm,F2000为(9.08±2.73)μm,N100与F2000组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。充填术后8 d,9颗牙(空白组2颗、N100组2颗、Z350组3颗、F2000组2颗)出现轻度牙髓炎症反应,2颗牙(空白组1颗、F2000组1颗)出现中度牙髓炎症反应,13颗牙(空白组4颗、N100组2颗、Z350组3颗、F2000组4颗)牙髓组织出现不同程度的破坏。术后30 d,样本牙髓组织和炎细胞反应都有不同程度的减轻;F2000组炎细胞反应及硬组织形成多于N100和Z350组(P<0.05),N100组和F2000组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组织破坏和细菌染色各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:N100和Z350边缘封闭效果相对较好,充填后牙髓反应较轻。 Objective: To compare the microleakage and pulp response in classV restorations using N100, F2000 or Z350 colour materials. Methods: 36 SD rats were assigned to four groups randomly. ClassV cavities were made on the mesial aspect of upper first molars. N100, Z350 and F2000 were respectively used to fill the cavities in 3 experimental groups, while the cavities in control group was not filled. The teeth were extracted after 8d and 30d respectively, and prepared for scanning electron microscopic observation of the micro-gap between dentin and the filling material. Serial sections were stained with HE and Gram staining for the observation of pulpal responses and bacterial detection. Results: The micro-gap(lxm) in the groups of NIO0, Z350 and F2000 was 1.09 ± 0.83, 5.02 ± O. 33 and 9.08 ± 2.73 respectively( NIO0 vs F2000 P 〈 0.05 ). At day 8, mild or moderate inflammatory response was observed in l 1 teeth, and moderate pulp damage in 13. At day 30, inflammatory- responses and structure of the pulp were improved in various degree. F2000 induced more inflammatory' cell response and hard tissue deposition than N100 and Z350(P 〈 0.05). No significant difference was noted between NIO0 and Z350(P 〉 O. 05 ). There was no significant difference( P 〉 O. 05 ) among 3 groups about disorganization and bacterial dyeing. Conclusion: NIO0 and Z350 have good biocompatibility and does not induce any harmful effects on pulp cells.
