摘要
本文建立了盐酸林可霉素溶析结晶沉淀剂流加的最佳操作程序,并通过与自然流加方式和匀速流加方式对比,验证了该最佳操作程序的正确性。应用该最佳操作程序控制盐酸林可霉素溶析结晶过程,可以得到粒度分布均匀、纯度高。
This paper proposed an optimum operation procedure of precipitant feeding for lincomycin hydrochloride crystallization. Comparing to natural feeding and constant rate feeding, the optimum operation procedure was proved very useful. Uniform, high purity and good appearance crystals can be obtained under the control of the optimum operation procedure.
