神经生长因子体外生物学活性测定国际标准方法的初步建立 被引量:2

摘要 建立神经生长因子(NGF)体外生物学活性测定的国际标准方法。方法:利用MTT法测定NGF促进TF-1细胞的增殖活性。结果:5~10 ng/ml NGF能明显促进TF-1细胞的增殖。结论:初步建立的 NGF体外生物学活性测定的国际标准方法稳定可靠,简便易行。
