摘要
到２０００ 年基本完成社区卫生服务试点和扩大试点，２００５ 年基本建立社区卫生服务体系框架，２０１０ 年全国建成完整的社区卫生服务体系，是卫生部关于开展社区卫生服务的总体目标。本文从政治、经济、教育、卫生几个方面对开展社区卫生服务后所产生的效果进行前瞻性研究。
The total aim of health department about developing division health service is to complete and extent division health service experimental unit basically in 2000,establish division health service system frame basically in 2005,establish comprehensive division health service system in 2010.The effect of developing division health service are studied previously from the respects of politics,economic,education,health.
