Research and Establishment of Fujian Golden Quality Project Standard System

福建省金质工程是国家金质工程建设的重要组成部分,是一个面向省、市、县三级质临机构,面向企业和社会,实现信息网络互联、信息资源共享、业务工作协同的综合性工程。在这样一个复杂环境下,要实现这些目标,如果缺乏标准化和规范化,质监部门之间、质监部门与其他政府部门之间的各种系统势必难以兼容互通,信息资源难以共享,而且还将浪费大量的资源、经费和时间。因此,着力于质监系统信息化建设的目标,下大力气进行金质工程标准体系建设,提高金质工程标准的可持续发展能力,实现真正意义上的互联互通互操作,是金质工程建设急需开展的重要工作之。

Golden Quality Project of Fujian province is important part of National Golden Quality Project. It provides service to three level of quality monitoring organizations （province, city, and county）. The realization of interconnection, intercommunication and interoperability is the object of it. To achieve these goals in such a complex environment, the lack of standardization will lead to systems remaining difficult to communicate, difficult to share info resources, moreover it will waste a lot of resources, funding and time. So, it is one of the important and urgently needed works to construct golden quality project standard system for these goals.
