Cd-Zn Alloy and Its Application to Melting Breaker

介绍了高层建筑防火阀对２８０℃温度熔断器的要求。根据要求对Ｃｄ－（１１～１５）ｗｔ％Ｚｎ合金进行了研究。通过显微组织分析和熔化性质研究，选定的Ｃｄ＝１１Ｚｎ合金满足技术要求，并得到了广泛应用。

In this paper, the requirement of 280℃ temperature melting breaker used in fireproofvalves have been described. According to the requirements, Cd- (11 ~ 15)wt% Zn alloys wereinvestigated. Through examination of microstructure and melting characteristic, the selected Cd11Zn alloy satisfied lechnical specification and was applied widely.
