Local normal universities in the positioning of the consensus should be based on the theory of＂we must unswervingly adhere to normal and comprehensive organically＂.Focusing on its particularity,namely ＂local＂ and ＂normal＂ two aspects.It should be a development and dynamic process which contains ＂the start--the target--the path＂.In accordance with peculiarity,pragmatism,innovation,forward-looking and feasibility to principle.
