国际视野下高校创新人才培养的特点及规律研究

Study of the Characters and Disciplines of Training Innovated Talents in High School with International Vision

本文采用国际比较视野研究方法对我国高校人才现状进行整体分析,与西方高校人才对比,发现存在的不足与差距。将中国传统的人才教育理念与西方人才培养理念比较,创新型人才培养要将时代性、民族性、历史继承性与西方先进教育理念结合,培养出适应历史大环境下的创新型人才。首先,要明确创新型人才培养目标;其次,通过科学的人才培养模式,发掘和培养有潜质的创新人才;最后,建设一支优秀的人才培养者队伍是培养高校创新人才的有力保障。

This paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese university talents with the international comparing horizon research methods,makes a comparison of Chinese traditional talent-education concept and western talent-cultivation concept,advocates using foreign advanced education concept of cultivating innovative talents for reference,so as to train talents in Chinese colleges and universities.This paper also points out that four elements should be concluded in the training of the innovative talents.
