谈中职公关教学中学生素质的培养

On Cultivating Middle School Students Quality of Public Relations Education

目前我国正处在经济体制、教育体制、人才观念等出现重大变革的时代。职高生普遍感到自己难以适应现代社会的需求,从知识要求、思维方式等都表现出不适应。面对这种情况,教育工作者必须注重对学生个人素质的教育和培养,中职公关教学应在公共关系意识、科学公关工作方法、创新思维能力、语言表达能力和自我推销能力等方面对学生进行素质培养。

At present our country is in the big status of the reform of economic system,education system,the concept of talent.Many vocational senior middle school students are feeling that they are hard to adjust to the requirement of the modern society.Facing this situation,the teachers should pay more attention to the individuals＇ quality cultivating,and the middle school students quality of public relations education should stress aspects of public relations awareness and scientific public relations working method,innovative thinking ability,language conveys ability,self-promotion ability,etc.
