师德师风建设是高校教师队伍建设的首要环节,是高等教育事业可持续发展的重要保证。本文就当前高校师德师风建设现状,分析了师德师风建设中出现的问题,并从完善自我人格、加强师德教育、制定管理制度、构建教师权益保障体系等方面阐述了师德师风建设的有效途径。
