Solution to the Perplexity of Communication Between Teachers and Students

随着我国高校的扩招,教学体制改革的不断推进以及新的科技手段在教学实践中的广泛运用,大学中传统的师生交流模式面临着前所未有的挑战,而新的交流模式又伴随着一系列问题。本文分析了制约大学师生交流的内部因素和外部因素,提出了促进大学师生有效交流的几条途径。

Along with college expansion of our country,the development of the reform of the teaching system and the new technological means in teaching practice is widely used,the traditional teacher-student communication mode is facing unprecedented challenges,and new communication patterns are accompanied by a series of problems.This paper analyzes the internal and external factors which restricts the communication between teachers and students,and puts forward several ways to promote the effective communication between teachers and students.
