为了培养出适应21世纪发展的高标准、高素质、高水平的师资队伍,如何把高等师范院校学生的职业知识内化,这是我们的目标,也是我们教学的宗旨。结合高等师范院校学生职业知识内化的实际,要把教育培养目标和知识内化的心理机制结合起来,要把理论导向和行为导向统一起来,要把能力的知识性获得与实践性获得结合起来。

In order to cultivate the 21st century of development of high standards,high-quality,high standard of teachers,how can the normal schools shall students and professional knowledge in turn is our goal,our teaching purposes.the normal schools shall be professional knowledge of the students during practical training,education and knowledge of the psychological mechanism,to put theory into and actions lead to the unity,the intellectual ability to get together with practical.
