摘要
近年来,天津师范大学化学学院在学生党员党建和党员发展工作中,坚持以改革创新的精神,创新培养方式,进一步规范党员发展工作程序,科学地把握学生党员发展的力度,切实加强和改进学生党建工作,形成了一套培养教育工作的新方法和体系,引领学生成才。
Recent years,Chemistry College students＇ Party Branch of Tianjing Normal University adhere to reform and innovation spirit, create their training method, and improve the work procedures of Party member development, they develop Students Party members scientifically, and form a system of new training and education method.
