摘要
本文简要分析了当代大学生的整体特点,并初步探讨了高校学生工作方法与工作价值,对辅导员工作进行了简单的思考。
This paper simply analyzes the characteristic of the present college students.What＇s more,it makes some discussions about the work method and value of college student and thinks about the instructors＇ job.
