论我国“大镇设市”改革的制度困境

对于迅速崛起的规模大镇,实行大镇设市是很好的突破口。但是,大镇设市在实行过程中,必然会遇到许多的制度困境如行政归属问题、行政编制问题、法律依据问题。本文通过对这些问题的探讨,进而更为完善大镇设市的制度构想,为其全面的实施提供依据。

Set it a city is a good method as for rapidly developing large town,but there always many problems occurs when practising this method,such as administrative belonging,administrative staffing and legal basis,this paper mainly discusses this problems and provides some suggestion to solve them.
