摘要
介绍一种新型光栅测控电路，该电路由少量集成电路、单片微机及AC-DC电源组成，使用元件少，线路简单，可用于使用直光栅及光电编码器的精密位移测量及控制。
A new pattern grating circuit for measuring and controiling with microcontroller is described. The cireuit is composed of a few integued components, microcontroller and AC-DC power. The system has the advantage of a few components and simple layout, which can be used to accomplish precision measurement and control of displarement with grating or photoelectric encoder.
