摘要
如何确保科研经费的合理使用和科研项目的完成质量,进而提升医院的科学研究水平,是摆在科研管理者面前的一个严峻问题。相对于省级医疗机构和高校附属医院,市级医院的问题尤为突出。本文以杭州市某三甲医院为例,具体分析了市属医院科研经费管理过程中存在的典型问题,并探讨可能的完善建议。
It＇s a serious question in scientific management to guarantee the conservative use of research fund,ensure the required quality of research project and then to improve the quality level of the hospital＇s scientific research.Other than the provincial health authorities and affiliated institutions,municipal hospital with the problem is accentuated.This paper taking a third grade first-class hospital in Hangzhou for example,to make a concrete analysis of the typical problems of scientific research fund management in municipal hospital,and puts forward some improved proposals.
