"创先争优"和"公仆意识"在保持和加强党的先进性建设中具有特别重要的地位和作用,是当前党的建设新的伟大工程中最根本、最关键、最耀眼的两个话题,引起了全党上下乃至全社会的广泛关注。笔者从二者内涵的科学性、内在的统一性、时代的必然性和现实的实践性四个方面进行了积极思考,并提出了自己的看法和思想。

＂Excel＂ and ＂civil servant consciousness＂ in maintains and strengthen the party＇s advanced nature construction is very important status and role,is the new great project of party building in the most fundamental and most critical,the most dazzling two words,caused the party fluctuation and extensive concern of the whole society.The author from both the scientific connotation,internal unity,age and its practical practical reason benevolence are discussed.
