新农村建设下的农村土地问题分析

Analysis on Rural Land Problems under New Rural Communities' Construction

科学发展观的提出和社会主义新农村建设的逐步深化,使农村在融入市场、融入城市化的过程中其经济社会结构发生了深刻的变化,我国在土地政策方面面临的问题也日益凸显,土地产权关系模糊、失地农民的问题、土地流转方式多样化的问题,征地制度的问题等等都对新农村建设提出了新的要求,因此农村土地政策必须适应新形势、新要求、新变化,必须进行调整和改革。

Scientific Outlook on Development and new rural communities＇ construction make county economic and social structure change greatly during the processes of marketing and urbanization.At the same time,the problems existing in the nation land policies have become more and more poignant.The following problems,mistiness of land property right relations,the living of farms who lost their lands,diversification of land transformation,and land requisition,all have put new requirement to the new rural communities＇ construction.This article analyzes the reasons why these problems exist and give some advices about solving methods.
