摘要
近几年网球运动在国内盛行起来,尤其在高校开展的更是如火如荼。大学生作为接受体育教育的最后阶段,不仅是要学会某项运动技能,更需要了解体育健康锻炼的基本知识。本文针对高校网球运动开展过程中学生运动后疲劳,肌肉酸痛等出现的问题,查阅大量文献资料,以文献法并结合自己实际参与网球运动的体验,对网球运动后疲劳和肌肉酸痛消除及其放松方式进行综述,期待在大学生网球运动开展过程中发挥一定的作用。
