随着社会的不断进步和发展城市中高层住宅越来越多,这就对高层住宅的施工质量要求越来越高,本文针对高层建筑中经常出现的外墙渗漏的问题分析了如何预防这一问题的施工技术措施.

With the constantly development of society, there are more and more high-level residence which requires higher con- struction quality. This paper mainly focus on the leakage of exterior problems that exists in high-level residence, besides, it analyses construction technical measures of the how to prevent this problem.
