On the Neural Basis of Megametaphor Constructing Textual Metaphor

文章旨在考察博喻建构篇章连接的神经学基础.隐喻的神经理论认为,主观经验和感觉运动经验的并存连接同时激活了对应神经元的连通.而隐喻的延伸过程就是在反映情景因素的第一信号系统和第二信号系统中的一、二层代码之间进行交叉连接,彼此制约,相互促动的过程.正是这一延伸过程导致了博喻即篇章隐喻的形成.

This paper aims to explore the neural basis ofmegametaphor constructing textual connection.In terms ofneurotheory of metaphor, the connections of the corresponding neurons are simutaneously activated by the co-existing linking between subjec- tive experience and sensorimotor experience.Furthermore,the process of metaphoric extension is the cross-connecting,mutually governing and motivating process between the first two levels of the first and second signal systems reflecting situational factors. It is just because of this extensive process that leads to the formation of megametaphor or textual metaphors.
