摘要
新课程改革中的专家和实践者是改革实施的两个重要主体,但是在实际教育活动中,这两者之间存在着对立关系。原因在于实践者的‘锞改缺场”和专家的“实践缺场”.为了促进这两者由对立走向融合,有必要做到协调两者关系,建立双方携手的体制,培养新型角色,促进融合.
Experts and practitioners are two important subject in new curriculum reform, but in real education activities, this two parts exists an opposite relationship because ofpr,qctitioners' absence of"class changes short of field", and the experts' absence of practice. In order to promote the fusion of this two, it is necesary to coordinate their relationship, establish a cooperative system to both sides, cultivate a new role to promote the fasion.
