《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》确立了素质教育在我国教育改革事业中的重要性，但面对发展素质教育中出现的不良倾向，我们必须全面贯彻党和国家的教育方针，切实有效解决相关问题．
The ＂National Long-term Planning Programsof Education Refurm and Development＂ has establishad important status of quality education in the educational reform enterprise of China, but faced with the bad tendency that appears in developing quality education, we must fully implement the Party and national education policy, in oder to practical and effective to solve issues.
