工程训练中心教改探讨

Discussion About Teaching Reform of Engineering Training Center

高校工程训练中心是大学生在校参加工业培训的工程实践教学基地，同时又是大学生自主学习和课外科技活动的现代化公共教学实践支撑平台。本文就高校工程训练中心建设目标和建设理念、功能定位和模式、管理体制、教学体系及实践教学方法改革、师资队伍建设、内涵与特色拓展等问题进行了探讨和研究。

University engineering training center is the teaching base of engineering practice for the coUege students to participate in engineering training at the school. Meantime, it is, as well, the modem public teaching practice support platform for college stu- dents to leam independently and to take part in extra.curricular activities of science and technology. In this paper, the concept and goal of the university engineering center were well discussed. Furthermore, some ideas for building the university engineering cen- ter were given in the this paper, such as functional localization and operation mode of the center, management system, teaching system and reform of practical teaching method, teaching staff construction, expansion of content and features, and so on.
