摘要
针对目前劳动能力鉴定工作手工操作过程中存在着组织管理效率低、参加鉴定会的专家成员人工抽取方式具有主观性强,随意性大,存在着可能影响鉴定工作公正公平的不稳定因素,探讨了在劳动能力鉴定的信息化建设中通过引入中引入信息技术、通信技术和人工智能技术,实现鉴定专家库的计算机管理,从鉴定会的组织实施上保障鉴定工作的公平公正。
Current situation of manual operation process of disability evaluation is low organization management efficiency, and artificially extraction way of experts member that joined in the appraising meeting is optional, it is injustice in some extent, this pa- per through introducing the introduction of information technology and communication technology and artificial intelligence technology into informatization construction of disability evaluation to realize computer management appraisal expert, so that to ensure the justice of the organization and implement of appraising meeting, it all so helps to improve work efficiency of disability evalu- ation appraisal organization, and promote social harmony and stability.
