A Teaching and Research Activity About ＂Trigonometric Function＂ Under New Course Reform

新一轮的基础教育课程改革是一次自上而下的全方位的改革，通过国、省、市、校四级培训，教师的教学理念得到了“换血”，感受最深的就是转变教师的教学行为和改变学生的学习行为。在实践新课程改革的过程中，我们碰到了许多的问题和困难，校本教研活动有效开展将是课程改革成功的关键，它能集合集体的智慧，帮助教师解决问题与困难，从而稳步推进新课改。

A new educational reform all over the country has been carried out since 2004. In 2010, after training four times, inclu- ding national training, provincial training and school training, the teaching ideas of our teachers have changed a lot. What most im- pressed me is that the changes of teaching and research activities about class and the changes of students＇ study habits. Since tea- ching reform began in our school, we have met many problems and difficulties. The key to success of teaching reform in our school is to develop and improve teaching and research activities. We can gather the best ideas and solutions in teaching and research ac- tivities, which can help teachers solve the problems to carry educational reform forward steadily.
