摘要
中外航空发动机发生过多起近1/4 齿轮的断块失效,曾被确认是齿轮共振引起。但有些现象不能解释,此结论难以令人信服。为进一步探索失效的原因,进行了齿轮行波自激振动及失稳的研究。对齿轮自激力产生的机理和其做功做了分析;用非线性摄动法对齿轮振动的稳定性作了导算;在试验器上进行了实验研究。均证实了齿轮自激振动失稳现象的存在。已知的几起中、外齿轮断块失效可满意地用自激振动失稳来解释。本文提出的新观点和研究结果可为今后高速。
There were several gear failures,in which the gear was broken into two,one of which is only a little smaller than one quarter of the gear.Several researchers had studied the cause of such gear failures and concluded that it was resonant vibrations.However the conclusion was not yet completely acceptable.In order to further ascertain the cause of such gear failures,the self-exciting vibration and instabilities were analyzed.The vibration instability of the disk-shaped plain gear was studied with the multiple scale's method of nonlinear perturbation method.The vibration response of a disk-shaped bevel gear was measured on a test rig.Both theoretical and experimental investigations show that there exist self-exciting vibrations on the gears with traveling wave vibration.Under certain conditions the forward traveling wave vibration of the driving gear and the backward traveling wave vibration of the driven gear are instable and cause the gear failures mentioned above.
