A Comparative Study on Economic Links between Chinese and Indian Diaspora and their Native Countries

海外华人和海外印度人是当今世界两大重要的移民群体,他们与母国仍保持着紧密的经济联系,这一联系通常以侨汇为纽带,以直接投资为主要方式,为推动母国的经济发展做出了重要贡献。本文通过对两国海外移民与各自母国的经济联系进行比较,以分析各自的不同特点与共同之处。

The Chinese and Indian diasporas make the two important immigrant groups in the world. They contribute to the economic development of their respective native countries by keeping close economic links either through remittance or direct investment. By comparing the economic links between the two disaporas and their native countries, the paper tries to show their differences and similarities.
