环境影响评价中的循环经济对煤炭矿区规划的影响

Influence of Circular Economy in Environment Affecting Assessment on Planning of Mining Area

发展循环经济有利于污染物的减排,保护环境与生态的平衡,促进产业布局的优化,最终实现经济的可持续发展。规划环境影响评价在我国还处起始阶段,必然存在着诸多的不足。但环境影响评价中的循环经济对于煤炭矿区规划还是有着非常重要的影响的。笔者对循环经济的意义进行了分析,并对煤炭矿区规划所产生的影响进行了重点分析。

Developing circular economy is beneficial to reduce the release of pollutant,protect environment and ecosystem,optimize industrial layout and finally realize the sustainable development of economy.The planning of environment affecting assessment is still in the stage of infancy and it certainly has many deficiencies.However,the influence of the circular economy in environment affecting assessment on the planning of mining area can not be ignored.In this paper,the writer first specifies the significance of circular economy,then further analyzes their influence on the planning of mining area.
