基于CFD的四缸柴油机冷却系统优化

摘要 利用CFD软件AVL-FIRE对某型号直列四缸水冷柴油机的冷却水腔进行了流动与传热特性的数值模拟分析,分析了缸体冷却水腔内冷却液的流速分布、传热系数分布及压力损失。并根据模拟结果对冷却系统设计不合理的地方提出优化改进方案,使得各缸气缸体处冷却水流量分配均匀性得到明显改善,提高了该柴油机的可靠性和耐久性,并为柴油机的冷却水套优化设计提供了理论依据。 The paper uses the AVL-FIRE simulate the cooling water chamber of a inline four-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine,and analysis of the cylinder block cooling water cavity coolant velocity distribution,heat transfer coefficient,distribution and pressure loss.Depends of the simulation results,proposes improvement scheme to the unreasonable optimization of the cooling system,improve the cylinder block cooling water flow distribution uniformity,improve the reliability and durability of the diesel engine,and provide a theoretical basis optimal design for diesel engine cooling water jacket.
