摘要
针对某4万t级玻纤池窑的电助熔系统,给出了此电助熔系统的PLC控制系统整体设计方案并完成现场调试。成功实现SPANG控制器的上位机控制,从而形成三级控制网络,为设备的平稳可靠运行提供了很好的保障。
This paper introduces a PLC control system design and successful commissioning,for electric boosting system in 40 thousand ton tank furnace.Through communicating with PLC,upper machine can control and monitor the SPANG controller,than the three-stage control network can be finished and afford a safe and stable running guarantee for the electric boosting system.
