摘要
介绍了由西门子300 PLC、现场检测仪表以及组态软件wincc所制成的循环水自动加药与水质在线监测系统。针对某些控制信号的非线性、时变性和滞后性等特点,设计了一种基于RBF神经网络辨识的PID控制器。该系统已经投入运行并在实际应用过程中取得了不错的效果,能很好的满足水质监测与控制要求。
This article introduces the automatic dosing and online water-quality monitoring system of circulating water which is composed by siemens 300 PLC,field detector and simatic wincc.Compared to the nonlinear,time-variant,and hysteretic defects of some controlling signals,this system is superior because of the PID controller based on RBF neural network.It has been put into service and got remarkable effects.It can fully satisfy the requirement on water-quality monitoring and control.
