表面等离子共振检测蓖麻毒素 被引量:3

Detection of ricin using surface plasmon resonance

摘要 采用氨基偶联的方法,分别将RT抗体分子和RT分子交联固定于葡聚糖表面,进行直接和间接检测溶液中RT的含量,建立了SPR检测蓖麻毒素方法。在0~2 000μg/L范围内,线性相关系数R2=0.988 7,最低检测浓度为0.05μg/L,检测时间为18min。结果显示,RT与其单抗具有良好的特异性和敏感性,能够满足RT快速检测的需求。 Surface plasmon resonance technology is an international important means for study on the interaction between molecules,which is the latest frontier biological technologies for toxin detection.In this study,amino coupling method was used to immobilize the RT or anti-RT body and RT concentration was determined directly and indirectly.A method of SPR was established to detect ricin,within 0-2 000 μg/L the linear correlation coefficient R2=0.988 7,the lowest detectable concentration was 0.05 μg/L.The determination per sample was done about 18 min.The result showed that RT and monoclonal antibody had good specificity and sensitivity,which can meet the demands of the rapid monitoring for RT.
