结构对称的SFD—柔性转子系统双稳态现象发生规律研究

BISTABLE STATE OCCURRENCE OF SYMMETRIC SFD—FLEXIBLE ROTOR SYSTEM

通过理论计算，研究了结构对称的带定心弹支挤压油膜阻尼器（ＳＦＤ）—柔性转子系统双稳态现象的发生规律。说明了计算双稳态特性的方法，以轴承参数Ｂ、刚度比ｆ 和质量偏心Ｕ 作为基本参数来分析双稳态特性，并得出了Ｂ—Ｕ 及ｆ—Ｕ值范围。结果表明，只要设计参数选择合理，使Ｂ，ｆ 和Ｕ值不在此范围内。

The bistable state occurrence has been investigated theoretically for squeeze film damper(SFD) supported flexible rotor system.The bistable state calculation method of the system is presented in detail.The bearing parameter B ,stiffness ratio f and unbalance U are chosen to analyze the bistable state performance,and a domain of U(B,f ) is obtained.The results show that the bistable state phenomenon can be avoided as long as the value of U beyond the above mentioned domain.This makes it convenient to optimize the SFD design parameters.
